These terms and conditions govern the hire of equipment from Sign Time Hire (ABN 54 802 860 193). By confirming a hire booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed hire agreement and deposit payment. Enquiries submitted via our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Payment
A deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due prior to the hire date unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the hire date may forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the full hire amount.
Equipment care
The hirer is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until pack-down. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the hire period will be charged to the hirer at replacement cost.
Delivery and setup
Sign Time Hire will deliver, set up, and pack down all equipment. The hirer must ensure safe and suitable access to the venue. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside the Shepparton region.
Liability
Sign Time Hire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our equipment. Our liability is limited to the value of the hire agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
